D25MIX Dynamic Mixer
Recommended for use with the Dosatron D25RE2IEPO polymer unit, this can also be used in other applications where dynamic mixing may be required.

Dosa Lock
Offering anti-tamper protection for your Dosatron, the easy-to-install Dosa Lock secures your dose rate settings and helps control chemical usage and costs. Made from high strength polypropylene, the Dosa Lock is suitable for use with Dosatron D25 and D3 models, the DI.1500, DI.16, DI.110, D8RE2 and D8RE5.

Pressure Regulator
Suitable for use with D07, D25 and D3 models, can be adjusted to regulate pressures to between 1 and 6 bar from a maximum inlet pressure of 16 bar but supplied pre-set at 3 bar.​ The installation of a pressure regulator in the water line before the Dosatron is recommended, particularly where pressure spikes can exceed the operating capacity of the Dosatron.

Double Check Valve
Brass double check valve with ¾" BSP male threaded inlet and outlet. Suitable for use with D07, D25 and D3 models. Subject to compatibility with the chemical being dosed.

Dosa Lock
In-Line Filter
300 micron / 50 mesh filter suitable for use with D07, D25 and D3 models. Inlet and outlet ¾" BSP female threaded as standard.

Compact Portable Trolley
Supplied complete with a 25 litre barrel, our compact portable trolley is suitable for use with D25, D3, D45 and D8 models and can be used to transport your Dosatron unit to where you need it. The trolley body is made from powder coated mild steel.
25 litre barrels are also available to purchase individually.

Pressure Regulator
Automatable By Pass
Can be operated hydraulically or pneumatically and allows the dosing process to be halted. Suitable for use with D3, D8 & D30 Greenline models – please contact us for more details.

Automatable Bypass
Bypass Kit
Valve system allowing water to bypass the Dosatron when not in use, also allows for removal of the Dosatron for maintenance without disturbing water supply. Simple installation into the water line, with ¾” Bsp female threaded inlet & outlet, suitable for use with Dosatron DO7, D25 & D3 Models.
